We collect your phone number and email to enhance direct communication, thereby streamlining your rental experience. Please be advised that rentals are not available to individuals under the age of 18; a parent or guardian is required to complete the rental agreement and payment to ensure the of minors and the protection of their data. Terms and Conditions
Client has inspected the knee scooter and acknowledge the scooter is in good working condition. Client shall maintain the knee scooter in and return it in same condition minus natural wear and tear. In the event the scooter becomes lost or stolen, the customer agrees to pay Rocky Mountain Knee Scooter full replacement of the knee scooter. The cost shall not exceed $400. All prior rental payments shall be credited against and reduce the replacement cost of the knee scooter. By booking and signing the knee scooter agreement at check out this constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes and prior understanding representation of any kind before the date of this agreement.

At Rocky Mountain Knee Scooter LLC, we prioritize the responsible use of our rental devices. Clients are expected to handle the scooter with care and follow the instructions provided by their healthcare professionals regarding its use and any healing restrictions. By renting our scooter, clients acknowledge that they have received appropriate guidance on its operation and agree not to lend it to others. It is essential to understand that misuse may result in injury, and clients assume all risks associated with the use of the knee scooter, releasing Rocky Mountain Knee Scooter and its employees from any liability for potential injuries.

Customers agree to use only their own credit card information and anybody who uses unauthorized forms of payments will have their information released for the purposes of obtaining those funds back, so Rocky Mountain Knee scooter does not accrue responsible.
Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time and will receive a refund of their $1.00 deposit. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process. If a customer opts for the one-month rental at $100 but decides to end the rental early, they will be charged the equivalent of the weekly rate that would have applied.
